Executive Summary
eVionyx is an energy company dedicated to the development of metal-fuel-cell technology through
innovative solutions that benefit humanity. We are also dedicated to profitable operation.
Our mission is to help the world take advantage of solid-metal fuels and, in the process, become
a leader in the global energy marketplace. The inspiration for this mission is obvious. The world
we live in suffers from a lack of clean, abundant and affordable energy. On the one hand, countless
internal combustion engines and fossil-fuel power plants in the developed world vent harmful emissions
into the air we breathe, while, on the other hand, close to 3 billion people in the less-developed
world lack sufficient access to clean energy. Despite decades of effort by numerous companies and
governments to address energy problems, a fundamental need for an energy source that is abundant,
inexpensive and provides power in an environmentally benign manner remains a glaring global need.
Our response to this need has been the development of an inexpensive, metal-air, Revolutionary Power Cell (RPC™)
technology capable of meeting all of the requirements of the ideal energy source.
